Can you tell me about the cancellation policy?

Cancellation charges are as follows.
No show, the day of check-in: 100% (for the first night)
1 day before check-in: 80%
2 to 7 days before check-in: 50%
If you do not stay/show up without notice, you will be charged 100% of the accommodation charges.
When the number of days contracted is shortened, cancellation charges for the first day shall be paid by the Guest regardless of the number of days shortened.
However, when travel agencies and travel booking websites through which you made a reservation stipulate cancellation policies, please comply with the regulations.

Can I make a reservation by phone?

Yes, you can.

Can I pay by cash?

We only accept credit cards.
Please note that we cannot accept cash.

We accept the following credit cards.

Please check the website you made a reservation through as it is different which cards you can use depending on the website.

Can you tell me about extra charges for an extension of stay?

Guests can use a guest room from 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. When guests stay two or more nights, they can use a room the whole day except for the arrival date and departure date. You need to pay extra charges when you stay after 10 a.m.
  1. 2,000 yen per hour until 12 p.m. (tax excluded)
  2. 3,000 yen per hour until 2 p.m. (tax excluded)
  3. 100% of the room charge after 3 p.m.

Can I check in before 3 p.m.?

You can check in earlier from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for an extra charge.
From 12 p.m. : 9,000 yen (tax excluded)
From 1 p.m. : 5,000 yen (tax excluded)
Before 12 p.m. : 100% (for one night)

Are there special rates for children?

Children under 6 who does not need an extra bed can stay free of charge.
School-age children over 6 years old are charged adult rates. Children who need almost the same meals and bedding as adults are charged adults rates even if they are under 6.

Equipments and Amenities

What kind of bed do you have?

There is only futon, Japanese style bedding and there is no western-style bed. We have a low-resistance mattress. Additional bedding is available for a charge.

What kind of equipment and amenities are available in the guest rooms?

There are toiletries, original yukata, a hair dryer, bottles of mineral water, and a safety box. There is no TV or refrigerator in the guest rooms. We provide drinks in the lounge.

What kind of toiletries are available in the guest rooms?

There are bottles of shampoo and hair conditioner, body soaps, soaps, tooth brushes, shavers, cottons, cotton swabs, bath towels, face towels, and a bath mat. Standard rooms without shower rooms on the 5th floor only have bath towels and face towels and no toiletries or a bath mat.

What kind of rental items do you have?

We have blankets, smartphone chargers, glasses, plates, disposable chopsticks, umbrellas, trouser presses, clothes irons, electric kettles.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. (last check-in time is 10 p.m.).
If you expect to arrive later than the stated check-in time, please contact us.
If there is no prior notice, your reservation may be cancelled. Check-out time is by 10 a.m.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We can keep your baggage. Please come to the lounge on the first floor at all hours.
Free of charge after check-out until 10 p.m.
3,000 yen per day after 10 p.m. / in case of picking-up on a later date.
Free of charge within 2 days before check-in
3,000 yen per baggage 3 days or more before check-in.

Can I send my baggage to the hotel?

Yes, we can receive and keep your baggage before your arrival. Please write in your check-in date and name on a delivery slip. Please note that we cannot keep your baggage in case there is no name on a slip.

Do you have laundry service?

No, we do not. There is a coin-operated laundry in the neighborhood, and you can use it.

Are meals included?

No, breakfast is not included in the rates. You can reserve breakfast in advance if you wish. However, breakfast is included in the room rates during a campaign. Although we do not provide dinner, we provide snacks and alcohol in the lounge bar.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

No, there is no restaurant in the hotel, but we provide snacks and alcohol at the lounge bar as well as breakfast. If desired, you can use delivery service from restaurants around here.

Can I bring food to the lounge?

We are afraid that food and drinks are not allowed to bring to the lounge.

Is there a curfew?

Yes, it is 12 a.m. Please note that you may not be able to enter the hotel after 12 a.m.

Can I connect to the Internet inside the hotel?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Do you have parking?

We have no parking. You can either use public transportation or use metered parking nearby.

Can I smoke inside the hotel?

Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel, at the guest room terraces, in the lounge, in the front garden, and on the front road. If you are found smoking, you will pay 10,000 yen or actual costs if it costs more than 10,000 yen for special cleaning expenses.
